This is me on 06/03/2011 day one of my adventure in getting into shape. My weight is 217lbs, my plan is to drop 24lbs in 3 months time. I'm going to be trikkeing 45mins a day (I hope). Good for you!! I have no idea how that thing works but it looks fun/dangerous :) I will be checking in on your blog and tracking your progress so don't let up!! We're watching you... :)
